The successful professional will provide expertise to implement a new operating model aligned to the new organisational strategy.
Key Deliverable:
- Assessment of the impact of the new organisational operating model
- Analysis of required organisational resources to support the new operating model
- Assessment of existing resources capability and behavioural fit
- Change management of the organisational re-organisation / restructure including role design and task assignment
- Working with leaders to provide support throughout the process
Skills and experience required:
- Organisational design experience in complex organisations
- Experienced senior change management practitioner/ program manager
- A change management pragmatist
- Can adopt an agile approach
- Record of achievement in delivering complex organisational reorganisation / restructures
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with senior managers
- Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly
Logistics:
- Start date:Immediate Start.
- Duration: 5 days per week for an estimated period of 6 months
- Location: Brisbane
- Rate:Daily net rate $900 – $1100 per day (plus GST), depending on level of experience and seniority
