The core digital platform will serve as the foundation for a new Transparency Portal as well as all Corporate Reporting, accessible by Member States, UNESCO Secretariat, and other stakeholders. This project is sourced from ICG’s strategic partner, via their Framework agreement with the client.
UNESCO seeks the services of consultants that have expertise and demonstrated experience in the domains of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (Bl) as well as web‐developments technologies. Consultants should have extensive knowledge and experience in the above‐mentioned subject areas, products & tools, as well as in conceiving product and solution strategies and roadmaps, using standards and best practice.
 
The assignment consists of 2 Parts:
  • Part 1: Renewing UNESCO’s Transparency Portal (Design, Development, Maintenance and Platform management) June – December 2021
  • Part 2:Reviewing and enhancing UNESCO’s Corporate Reporting and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics capabilities based on SAP and/or other technologies –June‐July2021(study) August ‐ December (enhancements)
Consultants with the following minimum requirements:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in working with SAP and the related skill sets outlined above
  • Strong consulting and advisory skills diagnosis and trouble-shooting skills.
Logistics:
 
Start: The project is to start in June 2021.
 
Location: The assignment will based at UNESCO’s premises in Paris, France. Occasionally and subject to UNESCO prior written agreement, the services may be performed remotely.
 
Rates: The daily rate to the consultant will be depending on skills and experience in the region of $700 USD    
 
Close date: No later than Tuesday 18th May 2021, 9pm BST (UK)
 
We will review all APTs and select the best 3 applicants for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
