Over the past 2 decades , Client has performed Integrated Facility management services in military installations, national parks, universities, road infrastructure, commuter facilities and other critical assets for a wide array of governmental and private clients.
The successful accredited professionals will deliver commercial due diligence services in support of the client plans.
Ideally the accredited professional will have significant experience in:
- Significant experience in facility management
- Deep knowledge of the Singapore facility management market
- A proven track record in FM commercial due diligence
- They will also be familiar with Singapore marketplace
- Experience in working capital requirements, capitalization policies and revenue realization drivers.
