The client is our global strategic partner, a major Financial Services firm with HQ in London but several regional offices throughout the UK. The role would mean a lot of time spent in London, but the successful applicant could be based outside in one of the other regional offices – e.g Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, Bristol etc.

Skills and experience required are:
- 15 years plus professional career, executive experience
- Entrepreneurial or large consulting firm background
- Client side, industry experience is an advantage
- Lead role in related client projects either as consultant or internal stakeholder
- Thought leadership track record, ‘including speaker experience’ research and publishing
- Product or Service development experience, innovation
- Project Management experience
- Client Relationship Management
- Business P&L responsibility and successful delivery
- Business Social Sciences, or Organisational psychology degree
- Recent self study – learning agility proof

Start: The role is full time and work is likely to commence ASAP, January 2023.
Rates: The rate to ICG applicants is in the region of £90K to £135K per annum depending on location and experience.
