To accelerate this growth and prepare for a much larger future, we are looking to recruit 50 leaders in 50 cities. If you are a proven consulting leader in a city where ICG currently has no presence, we would love to hear from you.
What we offer:
- Primary contact and representative for ICG in your city
- Rights to equity participation (no investment required; ICG rewards equity based on revenue generated through the platform, enforced by a legally binding agreement that does not necessitate investment or incur tax implications until a monetisation event)
- Participation in RFPs and client opportunities throughout your city
- Free attendance at ICG HUB events (both virtual and local)
- Opportunity to influence our leadership team and grow our presence in your local market
- Maintain your boutique and all your revenue; we assist in expanding and enhancing your offerings via the ICG platform
Support to Get Started:
- Training and induction into the successful global ICG model (approximately 8 hours over 4-6 weeks).
- Access to our ‘ticker-tape’ of opportunities, new products, intellectual property, consultant resources, and client opportunities.
- Quarterly all-hands meetings with other ICG city leads, both regionally and globally.
- Financial support to establish a satellite or fully-fledged hub in your country, when revenues justify it.
While You Learn About ICG:
- Affordable access to trained junior staff and subject matter experts under your brand.
- Full support to pursue previously unreachable opportunities that were too large, complex, or broad for your boutique.
- Unique chances to enhance value for your clients and tap into a wider range of growing income opportunities.
- Independent boutique owner (no employees) with revenues of $500K or more.
- Former MBB/big four partner or equivalent (or about to depart).
- Must be a ‘rainmaker.’
- Entrepreneurial and eager to grow professionally.
- Located in a city without significant existing ICG coverage (see details on our website).
- Interested in a collaborative, team-based model that supports cross-city and cross-border opportunities.
- Willing to reciprocate with other cross-city and cross-country opportunities.
