Our client ensures all adverts that go to air are expertly reviewed to ensure compliance within the relevant rules for advertising on TV.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Communication & Marketing Specialist to support the development of a new marketing strategy, taking advantage of changes in the marketplace. There will be a requirement to advise on the optimal ways of working to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing function within the organisation.
The scope of work is likely to include, but not be limited to:
- Audit and analysis of current activity
- Interim recommendations for structure change including for maternity cover
- Development of Strategic plan for the function
- This could potentially lead on to supporting the implementation of recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as leader of marketing teams in a B2B setting
- Experience in overhauling department processes and implementing organisational change to deliver improved effectiveness
Start date – Timing: The role is required ASAP. Initially it will require around 3 days a week for 3-4 weeks to develop the strategy. Dependant on the outcomes there is the possibility for further engagement.
Location: This is a hybrid role with both remote working and a requirement to also spend time in the client’s office in Central London.
Rate: Hourly rate commensurate with the experience of the candidate
