ICG has recently completed a full audit of a Financial Services provider’s learning and development ecosystem and function. The audit has enabled the client to gain a better understanding of the learning and development activities currently on offer through the organisation, the delivery channels used, participant uptake and utilisation, cost and effectiveness at an organisational and business unit level. Internal user feedback on the learning and development offerings provided further insights into the effectiveness of the current Learning & Development operating model.
A comparison of the organisation’s current practices to contemporary Learning & Development practices was also completed. The audit report includes insights and recommendations to enable the client to better align learning & development activities to the business strategy, improve effectiveness, and measure desired outcomes.
