These reward mechanisms are available to professionals with a longer term view of their involvement with ICG and are designed to heavily reward first mover participation.
The webinar will cover the following topics:
- Overview of the business model architecture
- A simple introduction to the HEM (HUB Economic Model)
- How the HEM links to job sheets and the annual finances of a HUB
A subsequent webinar will dive into the HEM in much more detail and answer more technical questions that justify its design
The third webinar in the series will introduce the GEM (Global Equity Model)
This webinar series will be of great interest to:
- Professionals taking a longer term view of wealth creation
- Professionals wishing to participate or drive HUB formation as a Founder or C-Suite
- Professionals wishing to establish a global practice
- Professionals wishing to contribute to ICG’s global franchise by coalescing their boutique or adding to model in a significant way
