Gerry began his career as an Operations & Technology Executive, as a driving force for change in managing enterprise programs and applied technology for Bank of Montreal, and Royal Trust, one of the largest and most innovative financial institutions of its time.  Consequently, a significant portion of his case experience over the years since that time has been focused on delivering emerging and innovative capabilities in the financial services industry.  He has facilitated change at the business unit, divisional and enterprise level often within large global companies, drawing upon strategy, data driven analysis, emerging technologies, thought leadership and new product development to drive growth.

Gerry is a Global Partner at ICG and the Founder of our Toronto Hub. Before ICG, Gerry was a Principal of both Boston Consulting Group and Kearney, and an independent consultant for many years.
