It involves: ICG
- Golden Thread – a map for strategy-to-operation detailing that delivers short-interval control of safety, production, resourcing, timing, quality, sustainability, market share;
- Value Driver Trees – understand the key values across the business and how they relate to each other, and disaggregate into actionable measuring’s at points of accountability;
- Causation Value Driver Tree – conduct analysis of VDT to understand key KPIs and what tasks can be deferred or assigned to another function;
- Variance Analysis – detect and respond to variances and plan and execute resolving tasks;
- Decision Forums – encourage variance analysis to the most junior level, with real action to fix the problem and more senior involvement when necessary;
- Voice of Customer – working on the requirements of the customer (internal and external) to deliver as part of task.
