Developed a web-based document repository system and led point of sale system conversions. This set the stage for a service provider role at Connections Canada Incorporated (CCI).
Service Provider (Canadian, Multi-National) – Connections Canada Incorporated (CCI): Led projects for diverse clients in Canada and the UK, managing successful POS conversions and implementing high-speed communications. This experience led to a role at CIBC – INTRIA Items.
Bank – CIBC – INTRIA Items (Canadian, Multi-National): Focused on intake management, governance, and controls within the bank’s cheque processing arm.
