As a consequence of the significant change and challenges impacting the international travel industry resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, ICG UK have been asked to plan and lead a major programme which will see a fundamental restructuring of this company across multiple operating units and three continents.
The restructure will touch all aspects of the business, but will focus on optimising people, technology and operational processes, whilst striving to preserve the rich experience and expertise that exists in this long standing and highly successful international organisation and, as far as practically possible, to capitalise on the loyalty of its established customer base.
The programme will combine immediate ‘quick hit’ opportunities with a one to two year transformation.
