Consultant Gig #934–Australian–Based Major Human Capital Platform Upgrade–Pay roll processing Expert Required Part–Time

Working with the Program Director and alongside a major systems integration house, you will be responsible for the guiding the analysis of payroll processing options for the next 3-10 years based on your deep and broad experience of the payroll processing landscape in Australasia.

Key Deliverables:

You will have broad and deep experience in inhouse and outsourced payroll processing options and will be able to identify the range of feasible options, identify required and preferred characteristics and help guide the complex decision-making process to optimise the program outcome.

You will have substantial experience in all facets of pay roll processing and enabling capabilities and have been:

  • Closely involved in or led at least several major HR program upgrades and transformations specifically targeting an upgrade of the payroll capability/module 
  • Have 15 years functional experience in general large corporate human capital 
  • Have excellent communication and project management capabilities
  • Have achieved Partner level at a Big 4 advisory firm (or equivalent)
Logistics:

Start:  Commence subject to negotiation with major ramp up Q1 2023 Duration: Part-time role

Location:  Australian-based, The role is Australia-wide
