We are seeking several Remediation Agents / Paralegal Specialists to review, investigate, and correct student and financial record discrepancies while maintaining the highest standards of diligence, confidentiality, and professionalis
This role suits paralegals or compliance professionals with strong attention to detail and comfort working in structured, evidence-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess individual record cases for errors or inconsistencies.
- Identify required information to correct or verify data.
- Contact students and internal stakeholders to obtain missing details.
- Apply procedural and compliance guidance consistently to each case.
- Document all actions in a central case management system.
- Coordinate with communications and compliance teams to ensure correspondence meets approved standards.
- Support reporting and QA by preparing case summaries and validation evidence.
- Escalate complex cases to the Remediation Senior Specialist for decision.
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in paralegal, compliance, or case management work (education, financial services, or government).
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies accurately.
- Comfort handling sensitive personal or financial information.
- Proficiency with Excel and document management systems.
What You’ll Work On
- Reviewing and correcting data integrity issues in student or financial systems.
- Conducting fact-finding and student follow-up communications.
- Maintaining complete case records and audit trails.
- Supporting QA and governance reporting activities.
How You’ll Be Supported
You’ll report to the Remediation Senior Specialist, who oversees quality assurance, escalation handling, and operational performance across the remediation program.
Logistics
Start date & Duration: Immediate start, 6 months (with potential to extend)
Location: Sydney (or hybrid)
Rate: Daily net rates $550 – $700 per day (ex-GST)
