Skills and experience required
- Provide hands-on project and content management support to determine the optimal resolution of outstanding amber and red remediation cases/issues.
- Work with internal teams across data, process, and product areas to investigate each issue and drive it to resolution—either through the blueprinting of a remediation program or by providing guided steps for the business to resolve, with appropriate involvement, supervision, and assurance as required.
- Also support the team in interactions with ExCo and regulators.
Skills and experience required
- Degree qualified with expertise in consumer regulation, data management, analytics, and program design and execution.
Start date & Duration: Full-time role. Starting mid-June, end of November
Location: Wellington-based (client will cover travel expenses within New Zealand).
Rate: The daily net rate will be NZD 1,650.
