Working across three subsidiary companies the COO is tasked with consolidating three product platforms and underlying software stacks. Our client is a global provider of SaaS logistics management software.
The successful accredited professional will be accountable for:
- Come up to speed on the client’s situation and goals for platform consolidation and potential impact on development teams;
- Develop a change plan that takes into consideration current and future states, target operating model, talent retention, productivity and quality assurance during transition, governance and risk;
- Work with the COO to engage country managers in adopting and executing the change plan.
- Significant experience (5-7 years) as a change management professional working across countries and cultures;
- A strong track record of change management in a modern development environment where agile teams work cross-nationally on a SaaS software stack;
- Experience developing and managing change management plans in an on-going development environment;
- Experience working with corporate and country management in developing and executing change plans;
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with and coach others;
- Good written and verbal communications skills;
- Experience working collaboratively with executive teams and technical specialists.
Logistics:
Start: The engagement will commence early September and operate in phases, beginning with a 3 month planning phase.
Location: The client location is Auckland, New Zealand but it is expected the accredited professional may work remotely.
Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the daily rate range for the Change Management Professional would be NZD $2000-$2400.
