Consultant Gig #1020–UK–Experience in HR Systems implementation required to support system migration

Some of the existing data is outdated and the implementation will need to refresh some of the existing processes, so that the migration adds more value than just moving data (and potentially some outdated processes) across to the new system.

The Role is to manage this HR system migration project, including being directly involved in the move of files and folders across to the new system.  As part of the migration, the successful candidate will not just manage the practical aspects of the migration, but also assess whether the existing HR processes are fit for purpose and how best to adapt them within the new system.

Logistics

Start date & Duration: The project will need to start in December or potentially January. The requirement for this work is 3-6 months, most likely part-time, but to be discussed and agreed as part of the hiring process

Location:  The client’s office is in Central London and there will be a requirement for hybrid working.

Rate: Hourly/daily rates for this system implementation project will be dependent on the candidate’s experience and expertise.  The role requires expertise in HR processes and system migration, with direct experience of Cezanne HR  clearly being beneficial, although not mandatory.
