A multidisciplinary team led by David Moloney (and including Kevin Maloney, Frank Ruscio, Patrick Bossert, Ash Nazim and Emilia Díaz), closely collaborated with the client to discover, shape, develop and plan their Target Operating Model (TOM). The result was a Target greenfield Operating Model capable of supporting 24/7 operations, following all the design imperatives required by the client. This was supported by a best-in-class compendium of technology applications in comparative institutions, and a detailed, actionable implementation roadmap across all key value streams including Liquid labour, Best in Class Technology, Innovation Procurement, and DataOps, among others.
Since completing the work, the client has returned to ICG for further project work.
