ICG has successfully completed an Integrated Transformation Program of Work for a Retail Bank. The relationship between ICG and the client commenced with a 6 week brief to complete the 5 year corporate strategy for the client and extended across 1 year Program of Work Design, New Ways of Working, Business Case Design, Major Initiatives Board Review, Unit Cost Analysis, Procurement Review and Overall Cost Optimisation. The overall relationship lasted 14 months and involved 4 ICG members acting as an agile and flexible team across multiple areas of the client’s operations.
