The strategy is already well formulated and very stable, so the role is much more about documenting it cogently and compellingly in a board-ready word document. The strategy will be populated heavily with exhibits from excel and PowerPoint, so excellent English writing skills and ability to integrate and format dozens of varying exhibits is essential
- Articulate and elaborate an agreed strategy that the senior strategy team and major stakeholders have already thrashed out
- Prepare a super-polished board ready word document with many supporting exhibits
- Work with the existing strategy team and interact with a small number of senior stakeholders
- This is not a strategy formulation project, so an overly intellectually curious approach will not be welcomed, however, partner-level insights and challenge will be, so this will suit a more seasoned consultant
Deliverables:
- 30-50 page word document with appendices
- Signed off by strategy team and senior stakeholders
- Excellent command of English, especially written
- Deep consulting background – this is not a journalistic task, the client’s Branded consulting firm experience at engagement manager or above preferred
- Experience in B2C and B2B services business essential
- Experience in financial services and insurance welcomed

Rates: The daily rate to the consultant for this role is $1,300 per day paid plus gst to the right professional.
