Consultant Gig #794–Saudi Arabia–Process Design for Import/Export Multinational–Process Design Professional

The boutique firm’s client is based in Saudi Arabia and is a global trading company focused on import and exports. They are now seeking a professional process consultant with industry experience in the import and exporting to deign processes for the following departments:

  • Procurement
  • Finance
  • Contract Management
  • Logistics
  • Inventory management

Ideally, the candidates should have: 

  • 10+ years of import/export industry experience
  • 7+ years of experience process design and can demonstrate previous mapping and documentation of processes
  • Experience in VISIO
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement experience
  • Cultural sensitivity is a must
  • Arabic speaking is NOT a must
Candidates must also be able to:
  • Effectively manage stakeholders with work plans and clear deliverables and clear guidance
  • Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders, including c-suite interactions
  • Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule
The engagement is primarily focused on the design and documentation of processes. It will cover all processes for the names departments.
Candidates are required to:
  • Working with multiple business unit and functional leads to guide their contributions
  • Interviewing very senior executives to solicit their input and refinements

 

Logistics:

Start: Starting within 1 month, It is expected that the duration will be approximately 3 months.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Due to COVID-19 this will be 100% completed remotely using online tools. Candidates from any location may be considered. Candidates from any location may be considered.

Rates: The daily rate is AUS $1300-1,600 per day depending on experience
