The role is for an experienced Consultant that can support the delivery of stakeholder management initiative.
The successful candidate needs to successfully deliver the following objectives:
- Define commonly agreed goals and targets
- Identify key stakeholders across the region
- Develop stakeholders’ analysis and mapping
- Analyse stakeholders’ emergent needs
- Develop engagement plans and tools
- Develop engagement metrics and KPIs
Successful candidates will have the following experience:
We are looking for senior consultants with 10 or more years of experience in multinational corporations in Asia who can meet the following minimum requirements:
- Ideally, consultants who had managerial responsibilities in functional roles
- Deep understanding of complex organisational systems and functions
- Hands-on stakeholder management experience
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Ability to produce high quality frameworks, tools and templates
- Working in Asia for more than 10 years in a multinational environment
