- Facilitate workshops with key business and IT stakeholders and constituents to identify pain points and priorities.
- Provide insights and perspectives of MDM best practices from being MDM subject matter expert.
- Develop point of view on priorities and level of effort to implement in company based on size and culture.
- Work closely with VP Data & Analytics on creating project deliverables.
- Work closely with ICG Partner who has worked with VP Data & Analytics in the past.
- Create PPT-based deliverables in collaboration with client.
Key Deliverables:
- Assessment of current MDM pain points and going forward priorities.
- Best practices in MDM and assessment of client versus best practices.
- Roadmap for moving forward with clearly defined outcomes.
- Critical success factors in achieving outcomes.
Skills and experience required:
- Master Data Management subject matter expert.
- Workshop facilitation experience and expertise.
- Knowledge of MBM best practices.
- PowerPoint skills.
- Medical device (preferred not required).
Logistics:
Start date: Mid-to-late-October start, with an estimated 8 weeks to complete and deliver the Assessment and Roadmap.
Location: UK – expected to be majority remote with some time on site.
Rates: The net rate to the consultant will be up to £600 per day, depending on their level of experience and seniority.
