ICG is seeking interested and available professionals to respond to a service request from our global strategic partner.

Our global strategic partner has created a series of opportunities for ICG to work alongside the firm’s Risk and Advisory team delivering work to a range of their clients.

Underpinned by their strategy, the R&A team is seeking talented individuals who have demonstrable skills and experience to undertake assurance and advisory work across a range of areas including:

  • Internal audit
  • Risk and governance
  • Third party controls assurance (ISAE3402; ISAE3000)
  • Business transformation and change; project management
  • SOX
  • Contract and commercial risk
  • Privacy
  • Environmental, social and governance

Across these areas, the team is looking for :

  • Internal audit, Risk and Control (inc Risk and Governance, Third party controls assurance (e.g. ISAE3402; ISAE3000), and SOX: 5-8 people
  • Business transformation and change; project management: 3 people
  • Contract and commercial risk: 3 people
  • Privacy: 2 people
  • Environmental, social and governance (these maybe people who have broad experience or who specialise in certain areas of ESG): 2 people

Candidates are expected to have appropriate qualifications in their field with 4+ years’ experience.  They should be able to take responsibility for running assignments, supervising the work of more junior staff and working directly with our clients under manager supervision. You will be involved in a range of assurance and advisory projects and will gain broad experience of delivering assignments across our commercial and not for profit client base.  The complexity and size of assignments will vary significantly, and your work assigned will generally be well defined.

Candidates would be expected to have a can-do attitude and solutions based approach.

Logistics:

Logistics: Work is likely to commence around March 2022.  Assignments will be made available for candidates to express interest in.

Location: The work will take place in the UK and currently remote working is possible, though should the current environment positively change the expectation is to undertake appropriate office work at the client’s location.

Rates: The rate to ICG applicants is GBP 500 per diem. The contracts are anticipated to be outside IR 35.
