ICG is seeking interested and available professionals to respond to a service request.

Client

An ICG client is looking for a trainer to support them in the delivery of Document Management Courses to EU Institutions.

The course topics include:

  • Introduction to Document Management
  • File and Document Management for Secretaries
  • The role of the DMO, of the CAD, and of the contact person for DMOs
  • Rules, responsibilities, and tools for the retention of documents and files
  • Document management responsibilities for Head of Unit and Case Managers
  • Document management for Cabinet Archivists
  • Document management for the pool of the Cabinets

Role

Deliver ‘standard’ training courses to EU Institutions, ranging from 0.5 – 2 days in length. Support the EU Institutions in adapting course content, or developing new material, to meet their requirements as needed.

Key Deliverables

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Highly knowledgeable in the fields of Document Management, Archiving and Records Management, with demonstrable working experience. Experience supporting EU and/or public institutions highly desirable.
  • Experience in development and delivery of training courses / lecturing.
  • Fluency in English necessary
  • Fluency in French highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Logistics

 
Start date:  ASAP
Location:  Courses to be delivered remotely or in EU Locations (Brussels or Luxembourg).
Duration: ongoing, until at least May 2024. No. Days: 12+ days per annum expected
Rates:  The daily rate to the consultant will be based € 700 for development, €800 delivery.Any development requested is at the following ratios to delivery:–  1:1 for significant adaptations to an existing course

–  3:1 for development of a completely new course
