The client needs a consultant with business planning, roadmap design, and operating model design experience. The consultant needs to have recruitment or Labour Hire industry experience.
Ideally, the candidates should have:
- 5+ years of Labour Hire/Recruitment industry experience
- 7+ years of experience in strategy and business planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work directly with the owners of the business
- Ability to work and travel partially on the client’s premises and partially at home
Candidates must also be able to:
- Effectively manage stakeholders in an SME
- Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders, including c-suite interactions
- Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule
Logistics:
Start Date: 2-3 weeks, Travel to Western Sydney is required during the onsite client visits. Remote work is available when doing documentation

Total fee payable to the consultant is AUD $31,500
