- Reporting to the CFO build the blueprint for a strategic PMO capability
- Identify key capabilities required to support the CFO’s vision covering investment decisioning and prioritisation, tracking, benefits realisation, driving productivity
- Develop key principles and frameworks (e.g. prioritisation across lines of business) to support the PMO and value creation
- Build any key artefacts, templates and policies to support the establishment of the PMO
- Design a lean organisation structure including roles, accountabilities and required skills/experience
- Support the client in building the initial investment portfolio
Key Deliverables:
- Overall blueprint for the PMO (key services, principles, frameworks)
- Development of specific high priority frameworks and policies
- Organisation and role design
- Initial prioritisation of investment portfolio in line with agreed principles and framework
- PMO experience in a strategic context (value management/realisation versus operational tracking)
- Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues
- Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skill
- Financial services (preferred not required)
Start: Immediate 1 April 2024 Duration: Eight to Ten-Weeks
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Rates: The daily rate to the consultant will be $1,550 per day paid plus gst to the right professional.
APT’s must be lodged within 48 hours. We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews. Please note that the net rate quoted is an ICG Affiliate rates available for ICG Members only.
