Facilitate a planning day for a Division within a large Federal Government Department to help Branches and sections understand where they are in the divisional strategy, think innovatively and collaborate to develop branch plans.
Key outcomes of workshop:
- Common understanding of vision and impact from all
- Align business and future readiness
- Agree on contributions to key strategic priorities and how to work across branches
Key Deliverables:
- Inputs to convert into a visual roadmap for the next 3-year journey
- Draft branch plans
Skills and experience required:
- Strong facilitations skills
- Experience in organisational planning activities
- Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues
- Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.

Location: Canberra for facilitation
Rates: The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $1,500-2,000 AUD + GST
