The project is world-class in nature and will require CRM expertise that satisfies the needs of a complex multi-dimensional entertainment, education, recreation, accommodation, conference and event space, with the fusion of leading and bleeding-edge technologies which will be showcased to local and global clients
- Develop a comprehensive training strategy to support the adoption of a new CRM platform by a small marketing and communications team.
- Create user guides and training materials that will help users understand the new workflow
- Conduct training sessions for different user groups
- Support change management initiatives
- Enable knowledge transfer to internal teams
Skills and experience required:
- 10+ years of enterprise CRM implementation experience
- Deep expertise in modern CRM platforms and industry trends. Tessitura CRM experience and knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation projects
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Change management and training delivery expertise
Start: 4-8 Weeks, support will be on a part-time basis and be propositional to ability to add value Duration: we anticipate 2.5 – 3 days a week, depending on the stage of the project
Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be AUD$1,750+ per day, reflecting the seniority required and part-time nature of the role
APT’s must be lodged within 48 hours. We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews. Please note that the net rate quoted is an ICG Affiliate rates available for ICG Members only. Any previously agreed and documented rates for candidates introduced to ICG via approved 3rd parties will be honoured.
