Support Professional Gig #738-SYDNEY-All rounder EA and office Support

The role is split evenly between partner diary management (local and some global), and administrative support to member professionals (on-boarding and GIG/BAF(R) process support). ICG has HUBs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, London, Singapore and Toronto and serves clients around the globe with its unique and patented unbundled consulting, Tax Services, Career Services and Leadership Coaching platforms This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and continue to assist ICG’s growth.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:


  • senior level administration skills
  • extensive diary management
  • common sense approach
  • customer/member first attitude
  • strong communications skills, written and verbal
  • ability to build a rapport with ICG executives and ICG professionals globally
  • ability to be flexible in their hours (diary support during business hours and occassional support for urgent project requests out of hours)
  • ZOHO skills (training will be provided)
  • good PPT, Excel, Word, GDrive
  • Google Platform: GDrive, Gmail, Zoom
  • ability to coordinate events–casual and formal for the team & members locally




Start: Work will commence imediately for the handover and ZOHO system training.  The role will commence at 20 hours per week on a contract basis.

SYDNEY with occassional onsite and mostly remote working

Rate: Depending on level of experience but commensurate with a senior EA role
