They implement information-driven strategies and systems that help grow, optimize and protect client organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction as it relates to design and implementation for the Viya 3.5 and other platforms
- Technical Lead single point of contact for all SAS related projects and activities
- Oversee, recommend and implement appropriate solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance
- Assist in performance tuning of the systems and servers
- Contribute to the development of standards and operating procedures for the SAS environments
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to assist with change management and suggest upgrades of the SAS environment as necessary
- Know how and implementation experiences with SAS Visual Investigator
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) and databases (e.g.Postgre and Elastic Search).
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining SAS Application Server software; and as a system administrator
- Active participation in infrastructure architecture, such as hardware sizing, effort estimation and security
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Administrative experience with SAS products including DI, VI, VA, DataFlux, EMiner
- Knowledge of base SAS
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
- Customer-centric individual, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Start date: We anticipate the role willrequire 3 – 6 months of efforts starting immediately. If the candidate excels in the role, there will be potential for extensions to support their transformation.
- Location: Singapore and on site at client premise due to sensitivity of data
- Rate: Gross daily rate will be based on experience and final client negotiations
