One of Australia’s and the world’s largest insurance groups, has appointed ICG on an annual retainer during 2020.
Throughout the year, ICG will assist the insurance group through an agile team that will flex up and down as required. This arrangement is a true demonstration of ICG’s agile consulting model, providing the client with specific expert resources to consult on issues as they arise.
Work already planned for the year includes: assistance with public sector tenders, innovation opportunities, identifying adjacent growth opportunities and unit cost analysis and benchmarking. Over the past 4 years ICG has previously worked on a number of smaller initiatives including skilling up the strategy team with consultant training, an operations review and a growth strategy presentation.
