ICG wins key role in developing a commercial insights and improvement programme for a UK-based international health insurance organisation

Following 4 successful individual projects over the past 3 years, ICG’s UK-based Customer Experience Practice has won a contract to develop a commercial insights and improvement programme over the coming 12 months for a UK-based international health insurance organisation. This ‘Commercial Listening’ programme will identify what both business partners and commercial clients need from the business.

Using ICG’s Customer Needs Solution, the ambition is to initiate and deliver business improvements in their four key regions across the globe by early 2022.
