One of Australia’s leading financial institutions hired ICG against Big 4 competitors to complete a detailed diagnostic, review, and improvement program for their most critical product, mortgages, across both their proprietary and broker channels.

A joint client and ICG team will work together over the next twelve months to dramatically improve capacity and service through process, technology and people initiatives, leveraging gaps to world’s best practices, proven Australian best practices, and target best practices to develop a gap analysis and prioritisation program.
