Using our Customer Needs Solution (CNS) framework to better understanding customer and client needs, ICG is helping this global advisory organisation to transform its client intelligence function.  Objectives for this 8-month programme range from improving client feedback response rates to identifying business improvement programmes to generate incremental revenue and reduce operational costs.
