GONG: ICG wins Customer Segmentation project for major Australian Insurer

ICG has successfully won a competitive tender to develop a customer segmentation for the Personal Lines business of a major Australian Insurer. The expected duration of the project is approximately 8 weeks. ICG has now completed over 12 customer strategy related projects in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. These project typically lead to assisting the client with customer lifetime value, customer value proposition development, customer journey mapping and go-to-market recommendations.
