A longstanding ICG client has request an end-to-end review of their Retail Lending Portfolio. The review covers current performance across sales, origination, fulfilment and servicing looking at optimising the experience for the customer in combination with lifting profitability. Expected recommendations include a refine Lending Program of Work and new ways of working. The duration of the review will be approximately 5 weeks and demonstrates the agility of ICG of being able to provide a customised expert team to commence almost immediately.
