One of Australia’s leading financial institutions hired ICG to lead the execution of a major remediation program after winning an RFI (Request for Information process)
A joint client and ICG team designed, tested, and then implemented a 9 month program to test and then remediate tens of thousands of customers. ICG quickly turned the project from red status to green, then proceeded to run small scale pilots to prove the validity and reliability of its approach. ICG was then awarded a second remediation program and as part of that work developed a formal framework and approach for remediation which the client has incorporated into its own documentation.
The resulting remediation programs and their documentation were well regarded by the client executive and importantly by the regulator. At its peak 9 people from ICG worked on the program which has now been successfully transitioned to business as usual
