Due to the significance of this transaction, Stephen Hewett has been elected as a Global ICG Partner with responsibility for Customer Experience.  Jonathan Mindell has been appointed as CEO of our UK HUB (covering Europe). Both will be involved in the day-to-day leadership of ICG UK and Europe.
