The Analysts will be working with an existing ICG Program Manager supporting the definition and design of major deliverables over the remaining 6-month time frame of the program.
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent industry experience
- A detailed understanding of customer strategy, segmentation and journeys and how these enable customer centricity·
- A previous record in implementing customer research for large corporations and/or public sector entities
- An understanding of customer data and analytics functions and optimal operating models
- Strong spoken and written communication skills (particularly PowerPoint)
- The ability to synthesise complex and disparate information into insights and recommended actions
- Understanding the current state relative to stakeholder requirements and prioritising actions to deliver on those requirements
- The development of a target operating model(across six workstreams) and the roadmap required for ‘quick wins’ and the longer-term end state
- The detailed design of recommendations

- Rate: Gross daily rate is $895/day (Please note, candidates are permitted to work on other projects in parallel as long as deliverables are met and all virtual meetings are attended)
