- Support a multi-stream project team, working with a senior executive sponsor
- Provide on-going guidance, challenge and subject matter expertise
- Provide senior project expertise in a consulting capacity
- Work closely with a senior ICG subject matter expert working on the project
Key Deliverables:
- Support the project team as the general management consultant with deep experience and expertise across multiple mortgage businesses and transformation efforts
- Drive hypotheses, opportunity identification, supporting analyses and recommendations
- Support business case development and verbal and written communication to project stakeholders and sponsors
- Aid effectiveness of other team members and coach junior analysts assigned to the project
Skills and experience required:
- Experience applying and leveraging technology, particularly automation, analytics and credit decision support tools
- Self-starter, problem solver – someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.
- Graphing and power-point skills
- Financial services and retail mortgages experience is essential
Logistics:
Start: Immediate, duration 4-6 months
Location: Sydney location but will accept other Australian location if they can join the team occasionally post lock down
Rates: The daily rate to the consultant will be $1800 + GST per day
