We are looking for mostly senior delivery facilitators who have a proven track record in working with senior leaders and their team, preferably within the financial and professional service sectors. Whilst the programmes will, largely, have already been designed, we would expect candidates to be able to successfully challenge thinking, add in insights and bring strong practical applications that sit along side the ‘having been there, done it, attitude’. Being able to walk in the shoes of our client will be a distinct advantage.
The programme will have a significant bias towards helping senior leaders grow their relationship and business development capabilities. Many of these people will have come from more technical backgrounds so elevating the conversation and being less transactional will be part of the core message.
Candidates are expected to have a track record and experience in the area and if they already have an existing boutique operating then we are very happy to draw upon that level of expertise.
Logistics: The collaboration partner is already working with ICG across many other areas – both inside the business and in the market where we establish joint go-to- market services to their clients. We would like candidates to be able to hit the ground running and seamlessly slide into this working style of collaboration.
ICG anticipate that work is likely to commence early Q2 2022.
Location: Currently the work is in UK but we are using a mixture of virtual and remote delivery for now so the opportunity for candidates from outside the UK is open. Candidates will be paid a per diem rate and also where necessary agreed expenses.
Rates: Prevailing market rates, dependent upon experience.
