GONG: ICG completes gender pay gap analysis for financial services provider.

Following on from a review of the at risk pay / incentives for senior managers at a longstanding ICG client, ICG has also completed an analysis of remuneration across the organisation to identify and understand gender  pay gaps. The client required a very quick turnaround and ICG was able to assign an expert to complete the task as required to achieve the desired outcome.
