Working with the CEO and leadership team, this first phase centered on the assessment of their innovation aspirations, their ability to execute on those aspirations and the identification and prioritization of key gap closing activities. A 360-degree approach was employed gaining perspectives from management, staff, their board of directors, lead clients and other key external stakeholders. We studied major areas of innovation success including leadership and communication styles, customer needs, market awareness and internal innovation process capabilities. This work forms the baseline for an ongoing innovation maturity roadmap and was accomplished with utilizing the Innovation 360 framework and toolset.
