My key message for this month parallels our Article of the Month, being ‘the end of employment as we know it’. While the casualization of the workforce had accelerated rapidly in recent times, we were nowhere near the mooted targets of 40%. Whilst job security has been politically correct for the pandemic (underpinned by Government support) we see substantial ‘right-sizing’ opportunities across our clients.
